anyone know off-hand (don't spend time on it) - what the underlying issue is when the progress bars don't move after clicking on upload in MARC import? It works for one user but not another. Although, despite the bar not moving, the server did* import the record.... |

funny thing is: if I don't choose to import into evergreen at the same time, it still doesn't show the progress bar, but it DOES make the queue, where I can inspect it and do the import from there. Which does* work, again, without progress bars though |

the logs were no help, the console log was no help. The only clue I had was that it worked for someone else. I looked at what fm_IDL.xml had for permission requirements, which led me to this list. global_required="true" in the xml |

The staff account previously had most of those permissions granted but at the System level. Which allowed the import procedure to work, just without progress bars |
