Google made changes recently to the settings of Google Groups. We found that we were unable to change the settings in the web interface for several of our groups. Long story short, several groups had an internal language code left over from an old Google April Fools' joke. The language code was xx-piglatin. :P |

Though possibly it was just an overly-sticky locale setting that entered via means other than a Google April Fools' joke. Either way, I'm just happy to have the ability to turn off footers in our groups again. |
