berick Dyrcona this commit: 38ca66edf43af88b77455d10c5d1e37b8a011281 on OpenSRF. We have a cronjob that dumps the output of --diag every minute, which we use for monitoring the health of the brick. Resetting the bus every time doesn't sound good |

do_reset_message_bus accepts a boolean argument (force). And when it's not set (according to the comments), the domains are attempted before resetting the bus, but if they feail to connect, then it will reset it |

So, this repo had an issue (yesterday? ) when I mixed command line git with git from my editor. It looks like the remote is OK, so to save time I'm going to delete and git clone again. |

Bmagic: you're right, the commit for --diagnostic does set the force flag for resetting the bus. maybe that should change so that --diag calls reset in non-forced mode. |
