^ pgtap 0.97.0 was running into some of the same issues with pg10 that we did on concerto. Updated it to use 1.2.0 which should be able to cope. |

there are definitely unfixed bugs where some staff action can still cause actor backlog - bug 1946531 for example, and we saw a new one with open-ils.actor.get_barcodes yesterday that I haven't established a workflow to reproduce yet |

Gotta love it when you're patching (not using git merge, etc.) and 1 out of 1 hunks failed, and the hunk is basically the entire or half the file contents. |
