For any that followed the CentOS drama a while back, it looks like there are more options to choose from: https://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2021/06/centos-replacement-distro-rocky-linuxs-first-general-release-is-out/ |

@later tell Bmagic I've finally gotten back to looking at your issue with symspell and parallel ingest. I'm testing with Pg 12 and setting up Pg 9.6. |

Dyrcona: The operation succeeded. |

What format does Evergreen use for email notifications? I'm looking to format hyperlinks. |

mantis: The one generated by action triggers have a template field in the action_trigger.event_definition entry. They normally generate plain text, but could be coaxed into producing multipart mime with HTML. |

Most email clients automatically make links out of URLs these days. |
10:11 |
mantis |
Dyrcona: cool I was able to modify our code to accept that |

mantis: bug 1532236 ? |

Bmagic: Did you ever open a Lp bug for the did you mean/symspell ingest issue? If so, I haven't been able to find it this morning. |

out of curiosity, has anybody ever used the acq.attribute_debits() stored procedure and the acq.debit_attribution table? I asked via LP last year (https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1860015), but wanted to make one last attempt |

Dyrcona |
gmcharlt: I have not, but I'll check our database to see if anyone else here has done so. |
10:27 |
Dyrcona |
gmcharlt: We have not used it. |
10:27 |
gmcharlt |
Dyrcona: thanks for checking! |
10:28 |
berick |
gmcharlt: no data in acq.debit_attribution here |
10:29 |
gmcharlt |
berick: thanks as well! |

mantis |
Dyrcona: Yes. Though I have noticed with my testing that linking to a library's opac doesn't bring it up however outside links are fine. |

We've been seeing >100 calls per minute to open-ils.search.z3950.retrieve_services and open-ils.search.z3950.search_class, almost certainly all from the same client. Seems like the retrieve_services call in particular shouldn't be happening more than once per page load. |

I'm not sure how to replicate this yet. I just hope someone isn't spending 10 minutes opening the Z39.50 UI in hundreds of tabs every morning... |

but no, while not impossible it's probably not someone who left a few hundred tabs open. |
