Also, I've never considered OPAC visible to be relevant to patrons use of anything, just viable pickup locations and items. |

Bmagic: It's "probably" something on Overdrive's end. Like, do they have a list of your "valid" locations and this patron's library is not on it? |

Bmagic: Things that can block ciruclation and holds in SIP are all related to the patron itself: standing penalties, patron is barred or expired, and the patron or card is not active. Nothing about locations in there. |
