Just confirming. Is there a bug that prevents users from editing carousels in 3.5.x? |

jeff: we are using the basic address confirmation feature, yes. I don't know the cost, but I do remember it sounding reasonable to me at the time (in the context of state budgets and the number of libraries, that is) |
