08:49 gmcharlt happy birthday kmlussier and dbwells!
08:49 kmlussier I like how all my birthday wishes show up in green in my IRC client. It's very fitting.
08:50 Dyrcona Well, I'll save you some boiled dinner. ;)
08:55 dbwells thanks, folks :)

10:02 kmlussier The icons that are used in the web client menus - where did they come from?

10:06 kmlussier berick: Ah! I should have known from all those glyphicon messages we get in the Console. Thanks!
10:06 berick heh, yeah, need to do something about those

10:48 * jeff just spent far too many minutes troubleshooting a xul user editor failure to load on a set of patrons... because they had actor.usr.card values that pointed to actor.card IDs that didn't exist.
10:49 jeff and now i probably won't need to spend that time again. :-)
10:52 Dyrcona Nope. Probably not.
10:53 Dyrcona It's called experience, and that's how you gain it. ;)
10:53 Dyrcona *ping* jeff just leveled up. :)
11:07 JBoyer I was promised 2nd level spell slots the last time I leveled. This game stinks.
11:10 Dyrcona :)

11:13 Dyrcona Offline transaction files are in archive/ or pending/ and the next level is the OU id isn't it?
11:13 kmlussier For the FAST subject heading advice, not for the leveling up.
11:14 JBoyer kmlussier++ # For the LC-only snippet you posted. We may end up just moving to that instead. :)
11:14 kmlussier NOBLE++
11:14 kmlussier I stole that snippet from them.
11:20 Dyrcona To answer my own question, "Yes, it is."

12:20 _bott_ Would anyone have a handy example of using an aus in an action_trigger template?
12:27 mmorgan _bott_ I haven't actualy done this, but there's helpers.get_usr_setting($user_id, $setting) that sounds like it should do the trick.
12:27 _bott_ mmorgan: Ah, "helpers"  yes, thank you!
12:50 Dyrcona mmorgan++ # That's how you do it.
12:52 JBoyer Real Fun(tm) wrestling with the syntax of statements inside {{ }} when the real problem is that the construction should be inside {% %} ...
12:52 JBoyer (Jinja templates, not tt2) I feel like I've earned this lunch.
13:02 Dyrcona :)

13:29 JBoyer kmlussier, well, if it serves it to you and your client is set up just so, the text is green. ;)

15:35 StomproJ mmorgan, is there a bug report about the ATOM2XHTML.xsl change you made to get the cover art showing for the html-full format?  That seems like a bug.
15:36 Dyrcona That seems like a new feature, but one person's feature is another person's bug. :)
15:37 kmlussier StomproJ: I think that was Terran who made that change.
15:37 Dyrcona So, why wouldn't action.hold_notification get updated when action_triggers for hold notifications were running?
15:37 mmorgan StomproJ: Yes, what kmlussier said.
15:38 Dyrcona I have over 5,600 a/t events for the event def, and only 1 entry in action.hold_notification for Monday.
15:38 StomproJ Ack... sorry about that.
15:38 * kmlussier agrees with Dyrcona that it seems like a new feature.
15:38 Dyrcona Before and after that day, all is OK.
15:38 Dyrcona Well, we add features via bugs, so....
15:38 Dyrcona And a "missing" feature could be considered a bug.
15:42 StomproJ kmlussier, Dyrcona I'm referring to what Terran posted, not to my question though.  Unless our system is just broken somehow, the current ATOM2XHTML.xsl tries to include cover art, it just doesn't work.  All the image links are created withough an ISBN or BibID.
15:43 Dyrcona StomproJ: Ah. In that case, maybe it is a bug.
15:43 StomproJ For example - view-source:http://egcatalog.larl.org/opac/extras/browse/html-full/item-age/MOORHEAD/1/20
15:43 * Dyrcona has a mystery.
15:43 kmlussier StomproJ: Yeah, I didn't look at it closely. I just thought it was never part of the code.
15:45 StomproJ It could just be something broken with our system, it looks like it is trying to use ISBN's... I cannot remember is added content still supports lookup by ISBN... or was it moved to only supporting bibid's.
15:46 Dyrcona StomproJ: I believe it is bibid locally, ISBN etc. to the vendor.
15:46 Dyrcona So, maybe that was never updated.

15:50 kmlussier Huh, I just used that URL on the NOBLE training system. I see covers for three titles, but none for the rest.
15:51 kmlussier Actually, it makes sense. The ones that don't have covers in the feed also don't have them in the regular catalog.
15:52 Dyrcona Ah ha!
15:53 * Dyrcona learned something: The action.hold_notification is created by the cleanup routine on the action trigger runner, but that still doesn't tell me why it failed on Monday.
15:56 * kmlussier looks longingly at bug 1236979, which retrieved that feed so much more quickly, but was not quite right in testing.
15:56 pinesol_green Launchpad bug 1236979 in Evergreen "Speed up bibs-by-item-age" [Medium,Confirmed] https://launchpad.net/bugs/1236979 - Assigned to Galen Charlton (gmc)
15:57 kmlussier Oh! I hadn't noticed gmcharlt's name on that one.
15:57 StomproJ Dyrcona, I just tried it out and ISBN lookup does still work for /ac/jacket/small/ISBN It just won't handle records with ISSN/UPC.
15:57 Dyrcona OK.
15:57 StomproJ kmlussier, thanks for trying it out, it must be something with our system..
15:58 kmlussier StomproJ: When I tried it in production, I was getting different results. There may be a bug there. I'm not sure.
16:10 Dyrcona open-ils.reporter-store is not listed as a controller for ahn, moving on
16:11 Dyrcona Just throwing it out there. ;)
16:27 kmlussier StomproJ: After looking at two production systems, I'm going to say that I see the same bug you do. The first training system I looked at is the only one where I saw the covers.
16:29 Dyrcona And, I got no action.hold_notification entries on Tuesday, either.
16:30 Dyrcona We swapped the hardware server back into production on Monday. We were running on a VM until we could replace the dead HD and get it working again.
16:30 Dyrcona Sunday was also the switch to DST, so I don't know where to point the finger, yet.
16:30 Dyrcona It doesn't help that I added a cron job somewhere in there and reloaded the crontab for the OpenSRF.
16:31 Dyrcona The hold notification triggers were running, just not the cleanup.
16:33 Dyrcona I don't see what DST would have to do with it, though. I don't see any date checks in the cleanup code.
16:36 StomproJ kmlussier, thanks for looking at it.  Terran's examples are using the 001/TCN as the lookup, but I think maybe it should be the 901c.  Since it is possible to have a TCN different than the bib id.  Although maybe no one does that in practice?
16:41 StomproJ kmlussier, I'm going to check with Terran and see if she already has a bug report on it, and I'll file one if not.
16:49 mmorgan To follow up on my statistical category entry on notifications question from yesterday, thanks to terran's input, here's what I got to work, given that my statistical category is id: 1
16:49 mmorgan For the environment:
16:49 mmorgan target_copy.stat_cat_entries.stat_cat_entry.stat_cat
16:49 mmorgan target_copy.stat_cat_entries.stat_cat_entry
16:49 mmorgan and for the template:
16:49 mmorgan [% FOR statcats IN circ.target_copy.stat_cat_entries %]
16:49 mmorgan [% IF statcats.stat_cat_entry.stat_cat.id == 1 %]
16:49 mmorgan Format: [% statcats.stat_cat_entry.value %]
16:49 mmorgan [% END %]
16:49 mmorgan [% END %]
