09:32 mantis are hold reset reasons only visible in the Angular circ module?  I'm also a little confused on what 'detail view' means within the documentation.  Is that 'Show Holds Details'?

10:36 Dyrcona smart quotes.....
10:36 Dyrcona Copied and pasted something from the web into a window with psql and the field had smart single quotes....
10:36 Dyrcona Stupid browsers...or whatever changed them.
10:39 Bmagic what are you talking about? Smart quotes are awesome. We needed them. It solved a lot of issues.
10:39 Dyrcona Meh... buffers_backend > buffers_clean after tweaking shared_buffers. Looks like we should the bgwriter settings.
10:39 Dyrcona "Do not the cat."  Because I can type...
10:40 Dyrcona Put smart quotes in a MARC document and watch your parser give up and go home.
10:41 Dyrcona Checkpoints are not being forced for the time being, so that's an improvement.
10:43 mmorgan mantis: I can see the reset reasons in the Holds Shelf interface, which is not Angular. When viewing the shelf, select a hold and click the Detail View button, upper left. Reset Entries appear at the bottom to the right of Staff Notifications.
10:43 Bmagic the Detail View button is the step I miss when trying to see this

10:52 mantis mmorgan: ok thank you for checking - I think it's only available within Holds in a patron page in regular circ

11:03 mmorgan Hmm. Looks like reset reasons don't appear at all in Angular circ. In Angular, Hold Details is under the Actions menu, and that page lacks an option for Reset Entries.
11:10 mantis mmorgan++ for confirming
11:10 mantis it was kind of driving me nuts lol
11:12 mmorgan mantis: I don't see a Launchpad bug for the missing reset entries in Angular. Do you want to report the bug? If not, I can open one.
11:13 mantis mmorgan: I can open one soon!  I'll send the link so you can confirm
