10:16 Dyrcona One bug appears to be a symptom of another bug.....Wish I could reliably reproduce the latter.

12:17 pinesol News from commits: Port forward 3.14 3.15 db upgrade scripts <http://git.evergreen-ils.org/?p=Evergreen.git;a=commitdiff;h=a91e7bc38f8aecd2ac3c0a615e85c21b1c05a43b>
13:02 Dyrcona A union with 56 tables joined to actor.usr in each union. That won't take long to run or anything like that.
13:02 Dyrcona Well it's 56 unions each with actor.usr and one other table, not 56 tables per union.

13:17 Dyrcona Wow! That query finds over 193,000 users with some unpurged data in our database.
13:31 jeff I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.
13:34 Dyrcona jeff: A refinement to the query that was meant to find fewer users turned up four more than the original....
13:35 Dyrcona I made the program that writes the query more precise in how it finds fields from updates in the usr_purge_data function text.
13:35 Dyrcona I've got a 3rd iteration that does the same for deletes. I'll see how many it turns up.
13:36 Dyrcona @who wants a 94MB csv file
13:36 pinesol scottangel_ wants a 94MB csv file.
13:37 Dyrcona The query is the same size as the refined one, so I suspect it will produce identical results.
13:45 Dyrcona Huh. That one also found more than the previous 2 runs. Of course, 1 of the new ones was just deleted.....

14:58 Dyrcona I can't figure out how sorting the output by tables makes it seven bytes smaller than not sorting the output. It also gives different results. The unsorted union gets more results and different results every time i run it.
15:00 Dyrcona Ok. I can see what it might be longer, since I'm adding a number to every alias of actor.usr, could be that some tables with multiple fields get joined later with a double digit number.
15:43 Dyrcona Wild.... The order of union clauses matters when it doesn't seem like it should.....
