I updated evergreen. After the update, when I search for items in web staff, the results do not show "Publisher:" for most of them. When I select an item, go to edit marc and click "Save changes" without actually making any changes, the search results show "Publisher:". I need to make a SQL query for all items. Is a "cancelled" the item status. If so, that's something that's been added by your system and I'm not sure what it means. If it's "cancelled transit," so long as all of the things that triggered the transit have been resolved, checking the item in again should put it into a "reshelving" status and then it'll automatically switch to "available" after a time period...that iirc is a library setting. |

Sure thing. Not sure if I articulated that in a helpful way. There are a lot of things that can go into why an item both transits and what to do if that transit is cancelled. Often staff just want to go directly from "cancelled transit" to have an item that's available. But if there's still a hold in play or the checkin library isn't the owning library or etc. etc., more consideration needs to be made. |
