jeff: Thanks to something stompro said in an email (non-community list), I realize why the same tests were always failing when I used a remote PotsgreSQL database server with certain VMs. The local VM and the PostgreSQL server were set to different time zones. Some of our billing tests are time sensitive. |

does anyone still implement/use the Open-ILS/examples folder? Just wondering if those can be moved/we can get rid of the .example extension |

many of those files are used in an actual installation. I would not mind remove the .example extension from some of them, but we'd have to update the documentation. I also think in the cases of opensrf.xml and opensrf_core.xml, the .example file makes a backup of sorts, but I still wouldn't argue too strenuously for keeping the '.example' in the name. |
