Also, does stuff break if we change lc_collate and lc_ctype to a local encoding? I haven't thought about it in years, and I recall that there seemed to be an explanation once before. |

Should I clear out /openils/var/web/eg2, or just copy the new stuff in? I don't think the install process clears out the old stuff. |

Stompro: you don't have to clear it first, but you may want to clear at some point just to keep the folder from growing |
