There is a 3.9.4 target with some fix-committed bugs on Launchpad, so I guess that answers my question. |

3.9 is (freshly) in security-only, yeah. Things targeted at 3.9.3 that didn't make it were probably bumped to 3.9.4, but that's too bad for them. |
