ah ok, the issue is probably that your /tmp folder isn't readable by the opensrf user - there's a note in the docs somewhere about this, give me a sec to find it |

ahazaril: in your opensrf.xml file, change <importer>/tmp</importer> to a folder that the opensrf user can read, such as <importer>/openils/var/tmp</importer> - make sure that whatever folder you use actually exists, then restart EG and see if that works |

This is a known issue but there doesn't seem to be a bug report about it, I'll create a bug report in Launchpad |

thanks god, i be able to import. thank you so much jeffdavis. before this, i encounter this problems also, but i thought this problem has been solved due to new version of EG. |
