We have some reports of staff checking in items, apparently successfully, and then opening the patron's account 15 minutes later and seeing the checkout still on their account. Anyone run into something like this lately? |

jeffdavis: I've heard this before but I don't remember what the solution was. IIRC it was deemed related to rapid check-ins or something along those lines |
