Only 3 entries in auditor.actor_usr_history, all from this month, and all have the negative value for claims_returned_count, so I can't say when it happened. I suspect it was a mistake when someone manually updated something in the patron's record. |

Dyrcona: That field is easily edited in the patron record. We hide the claimsreturned and claimsnevercheckedout fields in the editor. |
