Hm.. marc_stream_importer.pl is not working on my training server after I set up a second listener. I send a file of records to it, I see the connection in the logs, I see a settings lookup, then nothing until 30 seconds later when the child process is shut down. |

Maybe my nc command is not sending the data, but I'm basing it on an example right out of the manpage. |

It looks like I still have issues with the records from this vendor. Some of them didn't create asset.uri_call_number_maps, and they have warnings when I load them, but my program to munge the 856s works on them. I think I'll modify the munger to spit out "bad" records. |

Looks like they are also the records that were giving me encoding issues the other day. At least one of them is one of those records. |

Having an odd issue with the Retarget checkin modifiers. Add a new item to a bib with existing holds, then check it in with both Retarget modifiers turned on. |

If the hold is local, the item will capture, if the item needs to go in transit, it won't capture, just goes to Reshelving. |

I believe the modifier only retargets local holds. Looking at the circ code that seems to be the case. |
