well, it looks like open-ils.auth failed for a few minutes on one of our bricks this morning. |

no sign of trouble in stderr logs. i think most of what I've found in syslog are symptoms, not causes. |

I'm not even certain open-ils.auth is to blame, or the only service affected. It's just the first thing that a staff login page hits. :-) |

oh, cute. yep, it was auth. found more clues in router syslog messages, found a misbehaving client. |

Oh! I was about to update the Lp bug with another case that I saw, but it's the same thing. Our pgtde entry with id 23, also has group == parent, 6 in this case. This is what I see in the debugger. |

There are PostgreSQL udpates available today. The general protection errors are still happening, but I also saw a message about actor.usr not having a barcode field. That rang a bell, but I couldn't find a bug on Lp. |
