We have a test server that is loaded with 3.6.5. Everyone can access the Angular catalog except for one staff member who gets a webby splash page. Thoughts? |

not recalling where the relevant change took place, but you might want to verify that the end user isn't in a situation where they have the Hatch extension enabled in Chrome but the Hatch local application is not installed. |
