Between this and the difficulty I've had in making Edge testing optional maybe all of the browsers should be removed from the dev Makefile and a doc note made that if you want to properly test Angular(JS) you need to install 1-3 packages yourself... |

I'm not fond of adding ~5 new make targets just to install those 2 packages. It's not a *large* maintenance burden, but it does exist. |

That said, I'm not going to argue all that hard against it, but it is looking like the browsers need to come out of *-developer in any case. |
