ok, so I'm on a quest to understand the mechanics of located URI visibility - we have a record owned by two orgs, but it only returns in searches for one of them. |

I got to the point where I realized that the vis_attr_vector may be the key to what I'm trying to do, but I don't know what mechanism sets that and setting it manually with update biblio.record_entry set vis_attr_vector = biblio.calculate_bib_visibility_attribute_set(id) where id = <blah> didn't do it |
