Just curious. Has anyone been having libraries reporting issues with printing to receipt printers after the most recent Chrome update? There were a couple who contacted me about it. |

One library can't use hatch because they want to print out barcodes on their receipts and they have specific sizing requirements. Chrome always resets it. |

mantis1, we did. They seem to be mostly resolved now, but I'm not sure what the fix was. I think it involved disabling the Hatch extension, uninstalling the software and then reinstalling and enabling. |

Another is one printer that just doesn't let anything print to the receipt printer from print preview. |

Thankfully the issue is resolved with moving to Firefox for these but the first library needs to use Chrome for some reason |

I think we did have a couple of issues where libraries had to reinstall the hatch executable, but I didn't particularly relate it to a Chrome update. |

mmorgan, that's a fair point. We just did an Evergreen upgrade, so between that and Chrome updates (although Chrome 87 borked other things), who even knows anymore? Who knows anything? |
