It's usable, but it certainly feels slower than the Dell which has a tenth gen Core i7. |

So, when I tried the grub option to recover the OS, it said it couldn't find a live image. |

When I booted from the USB using the BIOS, it gave me several screens of "Security Violation" with an "OK" option. After the second of those, it started the self test. After the self test, it wanted to connect to WiFi to download the recovery image. |

mantis1: I don't have an answer for you, but the few times that I've made a screencast, I've used the screen recorder built in to Gnome. |

And, back to today's monlogue: Turns out the laptop came with 1 year pro support, so a technician is coming tomorrow to look at and possibly replace the CMOS and/or SSD. |

mantis1: This is not specific to Chrome, but I use Techsmith Capture, formerly Jing for screenshots and quick screencasts. https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html. I'm not sure of its limits on time, etc., I just use it for quick captures. |

Our db has 2 triggers on asset.copy_tag_copy_map that execute the same function, the only difference is the addition of AFTER DELETE on one of them. Is this unique to our db? |

Hrm. Have need to auto-opt-in patrons created in SYS4 to SYS2. I think I'm going to end up doing that with a create trigger... at least for now. |
