Whee! Both drone servers on brick 2 are maxed out on actor drones, 150 each. |

I guess we should consider applying that patch to reduce settings looks ups in the web staff client. |
10:38 |

yeah we see the actor drone issue here too |

reminds me I need to open an LP for caching workstation settings same as org settings |

21,187 requests for aou settings from the same client. |

huh, first time i've ever encountered upper case in the shell. FOO=bar && echo ${FOO^^} |

I didn't know that either - was usually doing something with tr or similar |

Dyrcona, I've seen something similar, a client trying to save the same setting thousands of times. |

case modification is a feature of parameter expansion introuced around bash 4, I think. Doesn't work in: GNU bash, version 3.2.57(1)-release (x86_64-apple-darwin16) |

As part of killing Google Cloud Print, Google is also removing the "Save to Google Drive" print option in Chrome. :-( |

common infrastructure/code, I think. I was reminded about the whole thing today when I noticed a "This option won't be supported after December." notice in my print dialog. |

While it's still not as bad as killing Google Reader, Google Cloud Print going away is pretty disappointing, and probably affects more users. |
12:05 |
jeff |
I just hope it's not being killed because someone on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) team disliked the acronym collission. |
12:07 |

yeah, i remember thinking about integrating GCPrint into the browser client as an option :\ |

Newsblur is a nice Reader alternative if anyone is looking. |

Well, "alternative" isn't the word for something years dead, but you know. |

Anyone have issues with Hatch and offline printing? When logged in -> offline interface will respect the settings. But without logging in first, offline interface doesn't respect template changes. Just reverts to default. What am I doing wrong? |

Tried it without Hatch, still defaults to "standard" offline checkout receipt |
15:46 |

yeah, I don't have a clear notion of hatch and offline together |

probably has something to do with the user/workstation preferences moving to the server side. Which, of course, when you are offline, are inaccessible |
16:21 |
berick |
hm, yeah, print templates probably aren't making it into the offline cache |
