That RSZ or RES, depending on which program you're using to poke them, i.e. resident memory. |

What are folks using as the processing delay for hold notifications these days? We've used 30 minutes in the past. We need to shorten it, but want to make sure staff have a chance to un-do a capture if necessary and avoid a notice going out. |

mmorgan: I wouldn't shorten it. We're using 30 minutes, and we have 1 library that asked us to batch their notices to go out at 6:00 PM, so we added a granurity. |
