had situation where two new items were checked in within 9 minutes of each other and both put in transit to fill the same hold, even though ultimately only one was actually captured for the hold. Is there a way to avoid this? |

I'm pretty sure there's a Lp bug for this already, but damned if I can find it: I just encountered a situation where paying off bills on 8 circulations set xact_finish on all but 1 of the transactions, and they were all renewed just before paying the bills. |

Well, I found it while looking into a previous patron's circulation being aged for an item after it was renewed to the current patron. I had data from before and was seeing what happened on my test system, so thought I'd "pay" the bills, too. |
