If an EDI invoice message comes in where the EDI contains the discount price segment, why would invoices not be populating with prices? The only difference I can find is that in the affected invoices, the JEDI doesn't contain amount_billed. But this only affects one EDI account and only started recently. I'm stumped. |

In other news, we've been seeing lots of load spikes on our 3.3.4 servers, where Apache is suddenly very busy and the number of processes starts to approach the MaxRequestWorkers limit. I haven't been able to identify any noteworthy external traffic that correlates with the spikes, so I wonder if things are getting clogged up internally somehow, so to speak. |
