for those feedback festing on angular stuff, bug 1830912 might be good to do sooner than later, since it means less network back/forth when reloading pages w/ caching disabled. |

berick: out of curiosity, did you encounter the spacing issue, and if so, did you determine the underlying cause? |
12:02 |
jeff |
having just read the bug description now, i'm mildly curious. |
12:03 |
berick |
jeff: I did, but never determined the cause. it was trivial to avoid by changing 2 of the icons. |
12:04 |
jeff |
ah, i see that in the commit message now. |

is anyone running production on Ubuntu 18.04 yet? |

Just a utility server. |

I have several test vms on 18.04. Any problem in particular that you've encountered, csharp? |

2 years till 16.04 is out of main support, so not much time to decide on it ;) |

We don't have a locate address on map function, do we? |

[evergreen|Galen Charlton] LP#741788: install the MARC stream importer better - <http://git.evergreen-ils.org/?p=Evergreen.git;a=commit;h=fa69633> |

I'm pretty sure that's not in the stock install |
13:43 |
Dyrcona |
abneiman: That's what I think. I'll let someone from Indiana deal with it. :) |

https://evergreen.lib.in.us/map/evergreenmap.html - linked off of their EG catalog page as "Find a library near me" |
13:45 |
agoben |
We maintain that outside of Evergreen. Will have to find a replacement soon. |
13:45 |
JBoyer |
Sorry, no. We have a simple "find my nearest library" type of page, but it's just a skeletal page wrapped around a basic GMaps JS, using FusionTables (RIP soon...) to show the locations/outlines. It doesn't communicate anything to any other part of Eg. |

Also, GMaps' new lower call limits are a real hoot. :-/ |

Well, it would be a cool feature. Did ldw ever share the stuff that he demoed at Hood River? |

abneiman, Oops. Seems that made it past our helpdesk. I think dpearl is on to it, I'll let them know and mark invalid for now. |

Dyrcona, I don't recall seeing anything from ldw about it, but with my memory I could have downloaded it, played around with it, decided not to use it in production (apparently), and long since forgot about the whole thing.... |
