11:49 Bmagic I can't seem to figure this out. I need the database function to parse the marc xml for a bib and create the located URI's. There is currently nothing in asset.call_number for an existing bib. This bib clearly has 856 ind1=4 ind2=0 and has a $9 matching a system level. I manually execute biblio.extract_located_uris but nothing

11:57 dbwells Bmagic: can you paste the record and command for inspection?

12:02 Bmagic lol, dbwells
12:02 Bmagic I just figured it out. Thanks for being my duck
12:03 Bmagic $9SRL != $9SRLWA
12:03 dbwells I had guessed the delay was a sign of progress :)

12:09 mmorgan Using Hatch, are printers cached somewhere? Printer settings dropdown is showing printers that have been removed from Windows.
12:24 stephengwills joined #evergreen
12:36 berick mmorgan: i wouldn't be surprised if they were cached within Java, but I'm not sure.  has the machine in question been rebooted since the printers were removed?
12:37 berick similarly, a hard-restart of chrome might do it. navigate to chrome://restart
12:38 mmorgan berick: Sounds like these phantom printers have been hanging around for quite some time, so I'm sure the machine has been rebooted.
12:38 berick k
12:40 mmorgan I'm assuming if the machine has been rebooted, than hard restarting Chrome wouldn't help
12:40 berick right
12:43 berick mmorgan: confirmed they don't appear in the Windows device / printer manager interface?
12:43 * berick reads https://stackoverflow.com/questions/38470568/javafx-doesnt-detect-changes-of-available-printers
12:44 mmorgan berick: Confirmed, they don't appear in Windows printers list
12:45 * berick nods
12:47 berick mmorgan: i'm curious, if you go to /eg/staff/admin/workstation/print/config -> Test Printing tab and click the Print With Dialog button
12:47 berick does it show the deleted printer in the list of printers there?
12:47 berick in the java dialog that opens
12:51 mmorgan Unfortunately, I'm not in the same physical location as that machine, but I'll ask our pc support tech to try that. He may be on to other things by now.
