Pop quiz: "Last Notify Time" is now _____ in the web client? (Bonus points if someone has a glossary of the term changes) |

I don't see an equivalent in the list :( |

If target is a list in an action/trigger template, that means it is an arrayref in Perl? |
15:39 |
Dyrcona |
I ask because I am trying to write a new Reactor based on ProcessTemplate to sort the target list before it gets to the template. |
15:39 |
berick |
Dyrcona: depends on whether group field is set |
15:39 |
Dyrcona |
berick: The group field is set. |
15:40 |
berick |
then it will be an array ref |
15:40 |
Dyrcona |
One of our custom a/t events doesn't work with parallel collectors and reactors even though the group field is set to usr. |
15:40 |
Dyrcona |
I think it's because there is code to sort the data in the template itself, and I want to try doing the sort in Perl. |
15:41 |
Dyrcona |
berick: Does this look sane to you? |
15:41 |
Dyrcona |
$env->{target} = [sort {$a->{target_copy}->{owning_lib}->{id} <=> $b->{target_copy}->{owning_lib}->{id}} @{$env->{target}}]; |
15:42 |
berick |
Dyrcona: all other things being equal, I would expect the contents of target to be fieldmapper objects |
15:42 |
berick |
instead of hashes |
15:42 |
Dyrcona |
hmm. I guess that they are. |
15:43 |
Dyrcona |
So, I'll change that. They look the same as hashes in tt2. |
15:44 |
Dyrcona |
So, this should do it: $env->{target} = [sort {$a->target_copy->owning_lib->id() <=> $b->target_copy->owning_lib->id()} @{$env->{target}}]; |
15:44 |
Dyrcona |
No, I'm missing call_number.... |
15:44 |
Dyrcona |
berick++ |
15:45 |
Dyrcona |
I'll give that a shot tomorrow. See what happens on a test vm. |
15:51 |
Dyrcona |
Am I correct also in assuming that if the environment fleshes target_copy.call_number.owning_lib.mailing_address, that target_copy.call_number.owning_lib is fleshed? |
15:52 |
Dyrcona |
I would think that it would have to in order to put mailing_address in the right place. |
15:55 |
Dyrcona |
And now, I think I see a less drastic way to possibly fix our issue, but I'm not sure what having parallel collectors has to do with that. :) |
