And since I'm unlikely to be around all the time, a refresher: the channel has been set to mode "+q $~a", which can be reversed by anyone with channel operator status. In most clients, this is /mode #evergreen -q $~a |

Another option we had used but moved away from was to set the channel +r, which meant that clients couldn't join at all if they were not identified to services. |

Ah. As bos20k noted, it looks like clients not identified to services can't currently message pinesol due to pinesol receiving a default user mode +R on connect. We'll see if there's a way to fix that. :-) |
