silly me, thought I could set up a simple nginx instance on localhost to proxy / to a VM; works okay for http but totally fails once I hit https (myopac etc) with weird TLS protocol errors |

probably the result of localhost https with invalid cert proxying vm https with invalid cert, heh |

the jessie package was 0.10.29 iirc, the backports version is 4.7.2, current nodejs is 6.10.1 |
