I'm afraid I already know and don't care for the answer, but here we are: If there is a loose penalty (threshold 100, say) at a lower depth than a stricter one (10), does the penalty closest to the patron's home_ou take precedence, or is the stricter permission always applied? |

The penalties pestering me are applied cons wide, but only from the Patrons group down, so what I'll likely do to fix this is move the users into a profile under Staff instead, so they're exempt from the penalties giving me grief. Then it's just a matter of maybe adding some rows to ccmm and/or chmm. |
