Morning all, hope everyone had a great weekend! Anyone doing hourly overdue notices with A/T events? Trying to troubleshoot a set of them (I think the delay being set at 3:00:00 for a 3 hours overdue item is the problem) but wanted to see a working example of some form of hourly based overdue notice emails. It's a bit of a new concept for me since I've typically been used to overdues based on full days or weeks. |

quick question... is there a way to change the value of stat_cat (in the asset.stat_cat_entry_copy_map), or must the record be deleted and a new one created with the proper value? |

I have thousands of items with that value set to a stat_cat to one belonging to a different org... which is a bit of a problem. tried to do an update to the right values (I have the record ID's I need to do that), but it complains about constraints. |
